Description

You will manage privileged access management (PAM) solutions, ensuring secure configuration and policy enforcement across infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and monitor PAM policies, incorporating new controls and industry requirements.
• Define target state processes and gather business requirements for PAM extensions and proof of concepts.
• Support security assessments and configurations for PAM platforms, providing best-practice implementation recommendations.
• Develop risk metrics, including KPIs and KRIs, and produce periodic scorecards for management.
• Liaise between system owners and internal technology teams to establish governance initiatives and resolve privilege inconsistencies.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of general IT Infrastructure experience with at least 2 years of Privileged Access Management (PAM) experience.
• Hands-on experience with BeyondTrust or CyberArk PAM solutions.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Active Directory, UNIX, Linux, and SSH configurations.
• Experience with Network Hardware Configuration and SQL Databases.
• Understanding of IAM security domains, including SAML, Header-Based authentication, SCIM, FIDO, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Familiarity with SIEM and ITSM integrations for ticketing and monitoring.

Preferred Skills

• IAM Security certification.
• Experience with Observe IT PAM solution.
• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and emerging cyber threats.
