Information Security Analyst

You will manage security operations, vulnerability remediation, and incident response to protect organizational systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct simulated cyber-attacks and penetration testing to identify and remediate system vulnerabilities.
• Investigate, document, and perform forensics on security breaches and cyber incidents.
• Develop cybersecurity strategies, including breach contingency and recovery plans.
• Manage security alerts through system monitoring and remediation to reduce false positives.
• Create and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and awareness training programs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to cybersecurity.
• Professional certification: CISSP, CISM, QSA, SSCP, or CEH.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Firepower, Cisco Secure Endpoints, and Cisco Network Analytics.
• Proficiency with Splunk, RedHat Linux, Microsoft Windows Server, VMware, and Citrix.
• Experience with network and application security, including firewalls, VLANs, routers, and switches.
• Knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework and CIS Security Controls.
• Experience performing penetration testing, computer forensics, and setting up firewall rules.
• Experience managing security for Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vendor-supplied security hardware and software components.
