Description

You will centralize access request management in SailPoint, driving stakeholder engagement and governance for the new model.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for centralizing access request workflows in SailPoint IIQ alongside Line of Business teams.
• Collaborate with technology engineering to deliver new Request Management features aligned with the IAM strategic roadmap.
• Define request management frameworks that align with access management control standards and improve user experience.
• Establish governance metrics and reporting, including KRIs and KPIs, to track effectiveness.
• Consult on regulatory compliance requirements and identify control solutions that increase IAM maturity to align with NIST.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security or IAM roles.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ Request Management capabilities.
• Proven ability to gather requirements for access request processes and workflows.
• Experience working with technology engineering teams to drive feature delivery.
• Strong understanding of IAM solutions, IT security controls, and NIST frameworks.
• Ability to interpret business issues and recommend best practices for control solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies for project delivery.

• Experience developing business processes and deploying IT security controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
