You will support information security operations and IT service management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve ITIL service requests using ServiceNow.
• Administer Windows and Linux environments.
• Support project and program management tasks.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for task tracking and documentation.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in Windows or Linux administration.
• 1-2 years of experience in the information security domain.
• 1-2 years of experience working with REST Web Services.
• 1-2 years of experience serving ITIL requests via ServiceNow.
• 1-2 years of experience in Project or Program Management.
• 1-2 years of experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.
