You will define and mature security standards for application and cloud architecture, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and risk frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evolving models, templates, and standards for secure application development and cloud architecture.
• Reviewing and creating secure application and infrastructure designs and patterns with development teams.
• Analyzing potential business impact and exposure stemming from emerging security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Evaluating CI/CD pipeline design and development team processes to secure pipeline creation and utilization.
• Assisting in identifying and integrating security tooling into development and operations processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in information security architecture.
• Ability to create AWS secure cloud architecture designs.
• Proficiency in system threat modeling of applications and platforms.
• Experience identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities in applications based on threat models.
• Understanding of cyber security frameworks such as NIST 800-53.
• Knowledge of current security threats, techniques, and landscape.
• Ability to simplify complex security topics for technical and business decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work on a geographically distributed team across multiple time zones.
• Experience leading discussions with technical and business teams to align on security goals.
