You will manage the identification, analysis, and mitigation of security threats across organizational assets.

Responsibilities

• Test and analyze assets to identify potential security threats and implement effective countermeasures.
• Design, implement, and maintain security protocols, policies, plans, and systems.
• Coordinate security specialist activities to address emerging issues and risks.
• Conduct risk assessments and security tests to eliminate potential vulnerabilities.
• Train staff on recognizing and defending against security breaches and provide reports on security risks.

Required Skills

• 15 years of experience in information technology security.
• 5 years of experience in information technology security threat hunting.
• 10 years of experience working with security tools including anti-virus and malware removal.
• 5 years of experience serving in an advisory capacity for IT security matters.
• Deep understanding of information technology security infrastructure.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years of experience with computer application security and secure coding practices.
• 3 years of information technology security experience in the public sector.
