Description

Participate in information security engineering initiatives to resolve security challenges and ensure compliance with security policies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review tactical assignments and recommend solutions for low-to-medium risk deliverables.
• Develop and present security challenge resolutions to client personnel.
• Collaborate with IT partners to improve processes and maintain security standards.
• Provide support and guidance on security engineering practices to clients.
• Coordinate vulnerability management, validation, and remediation efforts.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Information Security Engineering, consulting, military, or equivalent education.
• Proficiency in secure configuration and hardening for Windows and Linux systems.
• Basic networking literacy.
• Experience with vulnerability management and remediation coordination.
• Knowledge of IAM concepts, including least privilege, MFA, and account lifecycle management.
• Understanding of logging, monitoring, SIEM basics, and alert triage support.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of total working experience in related technical fields.
