Description

You will own the implementation and administration of the information security assurance strategy, focusing on identity and access management.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead identity and access management efforts following established security policies and procedures.
• Implement and troubleshoot the user account lifecycle across various directories and applications.
• Administer periodic access reviews and support internal access control audits.
• Design role-based access controls and develop related workflows and process documentation.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Identity and Access strategy, including audit and privacy requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security Engineering.
• Experience applying risk management frameworks, specifically NIST 800-37.
• Proficiency utilizing automated Governance, Risk and Compliance tools.
• Ability to perform risk assessments and develop mitigating controls.
• Experience designing and implementing business processes to ensure security compliance.
• Consulting expertise regarding access requirements and information security policy.
• Experience analyzing and advising on access management processes, tools, and technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of equivalent experience.
