Description

Secure OT environments by designing, implementing, and maintaining technical control models and security standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize cybersecurity measures and protection protocols across all OT environments.
• Lead vulnerability assessments and risk mitigation strategies aligned with industry standards.
• Collaborate with IT and OT teams to ensure secure integration and operational efficiency.
• Monitor, identify, and respond to cybersecurity threats within OT infrastructures.
• Perform security gap analysis and provide recommendations for resolving technical gaps.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in general cybersecurity.
• 1-3 years of specialized experience in OT cybersecurity.
• Expertise in cybersecurity principles, tools, and best practices.
• Familiarity with the Purdue Model of control hierarchy.
• Knowledge of OT technologies including Schneider Electric, Honeywell, and Rockwell.
• Proficiency in IT and OT architecture, design, and implementation of security controls.
• Experience with OTSM tools such as Dragos, Nozomi, or Claroty.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
• Certifications such as CISSP, GSEC, or Security+.
