Description

You will manage data security controls and remediation efforts across organizational repositories.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute controls to address higher classified files in lower classified repositories.
• Develop and implement controls to manage untagged files within repositories.
• Analyze Data Discovery scan results to identify security gaps.
• Document and execute remediation plans for identified data issues.
• Coordinate with file owners and teams to rectify misplaced or untagged files.

Required Skills

• 2 to 5 years of professional IT-related work experience.
• Understanding of data classification and data handling concepts.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams in parallel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with management and stakeholders.
• Experience in driving outcomes that impact team or department security.

Preferred Skills

• Information Security professional experience.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or a related field.
