You will manage day-to-day operations for Identity and Access Management platforms, including CyberArk and custom in-house applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform BAU activities including account unlocks, onboarding/offboarding, password rotations, and health checks.
• Own the full lifecycle of change requests, from analysis through implementation and closure.
• Troubleshoot incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and support platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
• Identify automation opportunities using scripting and APIs to improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct operational hygiene tasks such as account cleanup, permissions reviews, and audit activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security or Identity & Access Management.
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk or similar privileged access management platforms.
• Scripting proficiency in PowerShell and Python, with familiarity in REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts, access lifecycle processes, and operational security controls.
• General knowledge of Active Directory and Windows/Linux administration.
• Experience supporting IAM environments with defined SLAs.

Preferred Skills

• CyberArk certifications (Defender, Sentry, Client) or equivalent IAM solution experience.
• Experience supporting custom or in-house IAM applications.
• Familiarity with cloud IAM integrations (AWS/Azure).
