Description

Implement and maintain technical security controls for FedRAMP compliance and AWS environments. You will integrate security tooling, automate log scanning, and manage compliance reporting.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain technical controls for FedRAMP compliance and security certifications in AWS.
• Integrate security tooling and automate security log scanning to align with regulatory requirements.
• Respond to customer and prospect security questionnaires regarding data security and compliance.
• Perform ad-hoc investigations into security issues and regulatory compliance gaps.
• Develop and report on security metrics and KPIs for the platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in security or software engineering.
• Experience with FedRAMP controls and federal security standards.
• Proficiency with AWS environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software/infrastructure development.
• Experience configuring and integrating security tooling.
• Ability to draft clear, technical responses to security audits and client inquiries.
• Knowledge of ETL and Data Warehouse security practices.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to track and report on security KPIs effectively.
