Description

You will serve as the security subject matter expert, ensuring project adherence to architecture principles and security standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Review project designs and proposals to identify applicable security requirements and risks.
• Establish recommended controls and processes to mitigate identified security risks.
• Advise project teams on security decisions and guide the implementation of technical security controls.
• Lead the escalation and resolution of residual project risks.
• Produce security architecture documentation and advise on production go/no-go decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in information security.
• Strong experience with Azure cloud and Office 365 platform capabilities.
• Experience working with Intune and Azure Conditional Access policies.
• Experience with virtual server and desktop environments such as VMware and Citrix.
• Familiarity with security architecture frameworks including SABSA and TOGAF.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST 800, CIS, and ISO 27001.
• Knowledge of security and privacy regulations like SOX and GDPR.

Preferred Skills

• Technical certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CompTIA Security+, or GIAC security essentials.
• Microsoft certifications including Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Security Engineer, or 365 Security Administrator.
