Description

You will secure web applications and infrastructure through proactive defense and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure Web Application Firewalls (WAF), including rule development and mitigation.
• Analyze log files and perform data correlation to identify security threats.
• Exploit web application vulnerabilities such as XSS, CSRF, SQL injection, and API attacks to validate defenses.
• Execute incident response processes and participate in security operations.
• Mitigate DDoS attacks and manage PKI technology.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering.
• Expertise in OWASP risks, vulnerabilities, and mitigation mechanisms.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, web protocols, and networking concepts.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and programming.
• Experience managing web/application servers and web services.
• Knowledge of system exploits including buffer overflows and PTH attacks.
• Solid understanding of DDoS techniques and mitigation.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information security, or information systems.
• CISSP, SANS GPEN, GXPN, or SANS GIAC AWS Security certifications.
