Description

You own the implementation and governance of organizational security controls and identity management systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance with cybersecurity regulations, policies, and governance processes.
• Assess and improve security controls aligned with Global Cyber Security Goals and KPIs.
• Lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) efforts, including SSO, MFA, and PAM integrations.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and identify weaknesses in applications and services.
• Coordinate and respond to security incidents, performing root cause analysis and remediation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in IT security, governance, and compliance.
• Deep understanding of IAM frameworks, security policies, and IT standards.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, encryption, authentication/authorization, and secure system design.
• Practical experience with DevSecOps and embedding security into development workflows.
• Experience implementing security measures for cloud and on-premises environments.
• Familiarity with NIST, OWASP, and OSSTMM frameworks.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead cross-functional security initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Okta, CyberArk, and Azure AD.
