You will lead information security strategy, technical implementations, and team management to ensure organizational effectiveness.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the implementation of security approaches, standards, and procedures to support strategic directions.
• Design security solutions for RFx responses, including creating POCs and demos for stakeholders and customers.
• Manage information security projects, including budgets, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead and mentor teams across risk assessment, cyber technologies, SOC, penetration testing, and security operations.
• Drive continuous improvement through Root Cause Analysis, Lessons Learned, and tracking quality KPIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in information security or information security management.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Proven management experience leading technical teams.
• In-depth knowledge of security architectural considerations from an end-to-end perspective.
• Expertise in risk management methodologies and Secure SDLC.
• Deep understanding of compliance frameworks including PCI DSS, SOX, and DPA.
• Knowledge of IS standards such as ISO 27001, BS25999, ISO 20000, and OWASP.
• ISO 27001 certification.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP, CEH, CISA, or CISM certifications.
