Description

You will lead technical teams and manage large-scale information security transformation projects within e-commerce domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage information security measures including malware protection, password security, and acceptable use policies.
• Identify and report security risks affecting data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Oversee account portfolios ensuring financial management, project delivery, and governance.
• Lead diverse teams through the full project lifecycle using Agile-based plans and resource allocation.
• Monitor, document, and mitigate project risks while providing regular progress reporting to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience leading technical teams.
• Experience running large transformation projects in e-commerce, specifically for consumer retail.
• Proficiency with AWS and GCP cloud environments.
• Experience with Confluence and Jira for data-driven decision making and reporting.
• Knowledge of Order Management platforms, PIM, and Fulfillment/Loyalty frameworks.
• Ability to manage resource and revenue forecasts on a weekly basis.
• Experience working with global, distributed delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, protection, and storage/transmission protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Consulting and implementation experience.
