Lead information security strategy, risk management frameworks, and compliance for the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Manage structured risk assessment processes, including business impact assessments and vulnerability evaluations.
• Establish and maintain security policies, standards, procedures, and asset classification processes.
• Design and manage security awareness, training, and education programs for all stakeholders.
• Oversee incident response processes, including prevention, detection, analysis, and investigation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in information security or risk management roles.
• Expertise in IT Risk and Risk Management.
• Proven ability in Cybersecurity Risk Assessment and Risk Analysis.
• Strong understanding of Legal Compliance and Legal Administration.
• Experience integrating security requirements into procurement, change control, and systems development lifecycles.
• Ability to manage internal and external resources, including finances, people, and equipment.
• Experience establishing metrics to evaluate security program effectiveness.
