Description

You will lead the planning, design, installation, and administration of multiple SaaS security platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, configuration, and administration of SaaS security platforms.
• Build automation to streamline workflows and improve business processes.
• Monitor system performance and resolve software configuration and security issues.
• Develop technical documentation and processes for statewide security operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on identity, risk management, and disaster recovery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant IT work experience.
• 5+ years in information security and SaaS management or administration.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with SaaS platform design, implementation, and customization.
• Proficiency with SailPoint, including user attestations and role-based access.
• Experience with CyberArk Privileged Cloud Remote Access and user account management.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview for Security, Compliance, and Data Loss Prevention.
• Experience with Archer.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to provide technical training to Information Security staff on supported platforms.
