Description

You will manage governance, controls, and resiliency risk management within the Enterprise Risk and Operational Risk frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement governance and controls supporting Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk Management, and Business Continuity policies.
• Execute risk and control program activities, including business impact analysis, preparedness, and testing strategies.
• Support the P&T Incident Management Protocol and operationalize standard requirements documentation.
• Conduct risk and control assessments to prepare profile reports for senior executives and Risk Committees.
• Serve as a lead expert in technology controls and information security for project teams and external vendors.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in technology risk management, technology cyber assessment, or technology systems management.
• Deep experience in business continuity and crisis management.
• Practical understanding of operational resilience concepts, approaches, and tactics.
• Knowledge of the banking industry and its regulatory environment.
• Advanced knowledge of organizational technology controls and security issues.
• Ability to break down complex problems into logical parts to develop actionable plans.
• Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills for relationship building.
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide productive challenge to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience specifically in risk and governance.
