Description

You will own the administrative and technical execution of the Cyber Resilience Act compliance program for embedded software and hardware interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the cyber resilience project plan, schedule, and security backlog.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions with security, engineering, product, and leadership teams.
• Track security metrics, dashboards, and action items to ensure on-time delivery of artifacts.
• Coordinate remediation tracking and provide administrative support to senior security leads.
• Ensure compliance requirements are met without impeding engineering delivery velocity.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of professional cybersecurity experience with knowledge of Secure SDLC practices.
• Hold a recognized certification such as CompTIA Security+, CMMC Professional (CCP), or ISC2 CSSLP.
• Practical knowledge of SAST, DAST, SCA, SBOM, and Threat Modelling.
• Understanding of GDPR and EPSS/CVSS standards.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with embedded software development and hardware interfaces.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with IEC 62443 and EN 62443 standards for industrial automation and control systems.
