Description

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for application onboarding to Netskope Private Access within 24 hours
• Build policies for application access within to Netskope Private Access
• Work with access management teams to create entitlements and assign to users
• Triage and troubleshoot incidents for Netskope Private Access (zero trust tool), Cisco ISE and Ivanti Secure VPN

Skills/Technologies

• Network technology support & troubleshooting (3-5 years)
• Access Management policy, process and procedure execution in a large enterprise (2-4 years)
• Linux admin experience (1-3 years)
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
