Description

Manage Netskope Private Access policies, troubleshoot zero-trust incidents, and support enterprise network security operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Respond to application onboarding requests for Netskope Private Access within 24 hours.
• Build and maintain access policies for application security.
• Collaborate with access management teams to create and assign user entitlements.
• Triage and troubleshoot incidents involving Netskope Private Access, Cisco ISE, and Ivanti Secure VPN.
• Support Linux administration tasks for security infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of network technology support and troubleshooting experience.
• 2-4 years of experience executing access management policies in large enterprises.
• 1-3 years of Linux administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ISE.
• Proficiency with Netskope Private Access or similar zero-trust tools.
• Experience with Ivanti Secure VPN.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• 4+ years of total professional experience in information security or network operations.
