Description

You provide technical support and information to federal government licensees via phone and online channels.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls and online inquiries through the licensing support hotline.
• Register user accounts and assist callers with application processes.
• Educate users on federal rules, policies, and procedures.
• Log all interactions into the incident management system and perform outbound follow-up calls.
• Support the management team with new hire training and staff case handling.

Required Skills

• US Citizenship or Green Card holder status.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
• High School Diploma or any graduate level education.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong customer service practices.
• Ability to interpret and apply complex rules, policies, and procedures.
• Proficiency in preparing written documents with correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Analytical skills and information management capabilities.
• Consistent attendance and schedule flexibility.
