Description

You will maintain infrastructure integrity and provide technical support for the operations environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems and execute corrective actions to resolve problems while minimizing customer impact.
• Create and update internal tickets to document monitoring activities and recovery steps.
• Perform routine maintenance procedures in accordance with established policies.
• Test and verify infrastructure to ensure it meets technical specifications and requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in information systems or infrastructure support.
• Proficiency in Unix.
• Knowledge of routing, switching, tunneling, and MPLS.
• Experience with security operations, engineering, and firewalls.
• Ability to function across multiple expertise areas including Mainframe, Production Control, or Debit.
• Strong troubleshooting, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Availability for 12-hour shifts, including one weekend day per week.
• Willingness to take on-call responsibilities.
