Description

Manage infrastructure integrity and provide technical support for the operations environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems and take corrective action to minimize customer impact.
• Create and update internal tickets to document monitoring and recovery steps.
• Perform routine maintenance procedures according to established policy.
• Test and verify infrastructure to ensure it meets technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in operations or infrastructure.
• Basic knowledge of routing, switching, tunneling, and MPLS.
• Experience with security operations, engineering, and firewalls.
• Proficiency in Unix.
• Ability to function across Mainframe, Production Control, and Debit expertise areas.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including one weekend day per week.
• Availability for on-call rotations.
