Description

You serve as the technical Subject Matter Expert for the Citrix and VDI environment, providing level-2 and level-3 support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide level-2 and level-3 technical support for Citrix/XenApps server environments and the VDI stack.
• Monitor the VDI platform using NetScaler, Control UP, and Xen Desktop Broker.
• Manage software patching for all Citrix platform server systems under management.
• Resolve technical inquiries and requests received via the client helpdesk.
• Deliver one-on-one training to teammates and participate in client meetings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience supporting large-scale enterprise Windows environments and Citrix VDI.
• Proven experience with Citrix/Xen Apps and Citrix App Layering.
• Strong VMware Administration skills (vSphere).
• Expertise in Microsoft Windows Servers.
• Citrix Administration Certification.
• Experience with Xen Desktop Broker, Xen Server, and workflow analysis.
• Advanced system testing tool knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to troubleshoot systems in critical environments to identify root cause and execute action plans.
• Experience planning complex infrastructure implementations and managing group efforts.
