You will drive agile adoption and digital transformation across teams and leadership levels.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Coach agile teams, product teams, and Agile Release Trains at team, program, and executive levels.
• Lead groups through formal problem-solving methodologies to resolve complex delivery blockers.
• Train distributed global teams using classroom and virtual collaboration tools like Miro.
• Guide leadership on agile mindset shifts to foster an organizational agile culture.
• Manage agile workflows and delivery tracking within Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in Agile software delivery environments.
• 4+ years of dedicated Agile Coaching experience.
• 4+ years of experience leading problem-solving methodology for groups.
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master.
• SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification.
• CSM, PSM, CSPO, or PSPO certification.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience working with Scrum, Kanban, and Agile Release Trains.
• Proven ability to coach globally dispersed teams.
