Description

Act as the primary link between business users and internal developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with client business users and IT developers to gather and analyze requirements.
• Devise solutions using internal products and industry best practices.
• Draft Functional Specification Documents (FSD) with high technical detail alongside IT leads.
• Ensure Business Requirement Documents (BRD) remain within the Statement of Work (SOW) scope.
• Track the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) across SOW, BRD, FSD, and test scripts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related IT role.
• Proficiency in working with PMO to ensure process compliance.
• Experience drafting and managing FSD and BRD documentation.
• Ability to manage and track RTM across project lifecycles.
• Experience coordinating with IT developers and technical leads.
• Knowledge of test scripts and test plan formulation.
• Competency in managing handovers to BAU Support Teams.

Preferred Skills

• Support pre-sales by assessing requirement gaps and providing high-level estimates with tech leads.
• Work with technical writers to ensure user manuals are accurately documented.
• Conduct customer training and hand over business knowledge to the BAU Support Team.
