You will document digital product capabilities and manage technical documentation for production systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Document existing digital product capabilities and determine user requirements to ensure usability.
• Create and maintain work instructions, user guides, and a master document list.
• Implement and manage a SharePoint communication site to host all relevant documentation.
• Manage news updates and change logs regarding enhanced digital solution capabilities.
• Collaborate with team members to develop analyses and maintain system processes through regular status reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or technical documentation roles.
• Proficiency in technical writing and documentation processing.
• Advanced knowledge of SharePoint for site implementation and management.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Visio.
• Exceptional written English language skills.
• Proven analytical abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Understanding of MES and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and basic querying capabilities.
