Description

You will bridge the gap between client requirements and technical execution through detailed analysis and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gather project requirements and business rules directly from clients to ensure development alignment.
• Create structured documentation including Functional Documents (FD), Use Case diagrams, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Design, document, and maintain system processes and workflows.
• Perform competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for account expansion.
• Develop wireframes, flowcharts, and infographics to communicate requirements and findings.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation (BRD, FRD).
• Experience building wireframes and flowcharts using Draw.io or similar advanced tools.
• Advanced competency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical details for development teams.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
• Any Graduate degree.
