Description

You will design and maintain data models that integrate multiple source systems into a cohesive data catalog for the Enterprise Analytics Platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Integrate Oracle/PeopleSoft HR and Finance, and Workday systems into coherent reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with analysts to review business requirements and perform gap, cost/benefit, or risk analyses.
• Perform data profiling and analysis to ensure model quality and adherence to security standards.
• Provide developers with model definitions and DDL while integrating metadata with tools like Collibra and Tableau.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Architect, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or BI Analyst.
• Expertise in both relational and dimensional modeling.
• Specific experience with AWS Redshift database.
• Proficiency with ER Studio data modeling tools.
• Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, data lakes, and AWS cloud-based architecture.
• Strong knowledge of database structure principles and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Understanding of master and reference data management principles.
• Familiarity with metadata management and object-oriented or domain-driven design.
• Experience gathering and analyzing business and report requirements.
