Description

You will provide onsite technical assistance and hardware support for users in Monterrey.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to maintain user productivity.
• Perform computer repairs and component replacements.
• Execute software installations and configuration across workstations.
• Manage help desk support requests and escalate complex technical issues.
• Prepare verbal and written reports for management regarding technical status.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support roles.
• Proficiency in computer repair and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with software installation and configuration.
• Foundational knowledge of networking principles.
• Strong help desk support capabilities.
• Professional English language skills for global communication.
• Ability to deliver professional verbal and written reports to managers.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of management systems such as automation, 5's, or TPS.
