Description

You provide technical problem resolution for High-Speed Internet customers regarding internet and voice services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Aid field technicians in restoring customer services through ONT changes, activations, and service provisioning.
• Assign facilities and correct service orders to ensure prompt service delivery.
• Reroute tickets to engineering or customer support teams to rectify order or assignment errors.
• Maintain and provision logical inventory in critical systems to provide voice and data services over copper and fiber facilities.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in technical support or field support.
• Experience with ONT changes and service activations.
• Knowledge of provisioning voice and data services over copper and fiber.
• Ability to manage and correct service order programming.
• Experience with logical inventory maintenance in technical systems.
