Description

You resolve technical issues for high-speed internet and voice customers while supporting field operations with service provisioning and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Resolve inbound technical issues related to internet and voice services.
• Assist field operations technicians with ONT changes, activations, and service provisioning.
• Maintain and provision logical inventory within critical systems for copper and fiber facilities.
• Assign facilities, correct service orders, and redirect tickets to engineering or customer support teams.
• Reroute tickets to relevant departments to rectify order or assignment errors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Help Desk Support expertise.
• Troubleshooting skills for connectivity and service issues.
• Computer Hardware knowledge.
• Computer Repair experience.
• Customer Support proficiency.
• Experience with service provisioning and order correction.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with fiber and copper facility management systems.
