Description

You will lead the storage management function, overseeing the planning, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise storage solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and management of SAN, NAS, and object storage to ensure high availability and data integrity.
• Supervise and mentor a team of storage administrators, providing technical guidance and support.
• Design and implement scalable storage solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor storage environments to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Implement security measures, backup protocols, and disaster recovery solutions for critical data.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in storage administration and team leadership.
• Expertise in SAN, NAS, and object storage technologies.
• Proficiency with Fibre Channel and iSCSI protocols.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell and Ansible for automation.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex storage infrastructure issues.
• Experience with Python scripting.
• Any Graduate degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud storage solutions such as AWS S3.
• Experience within the banking industry.
• Vendor-specific certifications (e.g., EMC, NetApp) or CompTIA Storage+.
