Description

You will lead the planning, deployment, and management of virtualization technologies to ensure high availability and efficient resource utilization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and management of NutaniX, VMware, and Hyper-V platforms.
• Supervise and mentor a team of virtualization administrators.
• Design and implement virtualization solutions and disaster recovery protocols to minimize downtime.
• Monitor environments to identify performance bottlenecks and manage capacity planning.
• Automate management tasks and self-service provisioning using scripting tools.
• Maintain security policies and detailed documentation for all configurations and procedures.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and virtualization management.
• Expertise in NutaniX, VMware, and Hyper-V.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Ansible, Python, and NutaniX Calm.
• Strong understanding of server hardware, storage, and networking concepts.
• Experience troubleshooting complex virtualization and infrastructure issues.
• Proven experience leading technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud technologies including AWS and Azure.
• Experience working within the banking industry.
• Relevant certifications such as VCP, NutaniX certified, or Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate.
