Description

You maintain and support information technology systems in stand-alone and client-server environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, service, and repair hardware and software for network services and servers.
• Configure wireless hubs, routers, switches, and transmission media.
• Optimize and troubleshoot Local Area and Base Area Networks.
• Resolve customer information system problems and perform hardware upgrades.
• Integrate multiple information systems within networked environments to maintain mission capability.

Required Skills

• 2 to 4 years of experience in IT systems support.
• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CCNA, MTA, MCTS, or MCSA certification.
• IPv6, EIGRP, BGP, VLANs, VPNs, and NAT.
• Experience with MS Server and Defense Message Systems.

Preferred Skills

• High School diploma or GED.
