Description

Lead the Cloud Data Engineering Application Service Delivery team to support critical data assets and APIs within the Enterprise Data Lake (EDL). Own the 24/7 solution support lifecycle for geographically distributed operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a diverse team to deliver 24/7 solution support and minimize business impact.
• Manage support incidents, alerts, and escalations to ensure strict SLA compliance.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive problem resolution to prevent issue re-occurrence.
• Partner with Domain and DevOps teams to implement monitoring, alerting, and infrastructure updates.
• Oversee application security vulnerabilities, compliance, and audit activities while managing financial forecasting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT service delivery or engineering management.
• Direct experience supporting Enterprise Data Lake (EDL) environments.
• Proven ability to manage incident response and service delivery processes.
• Experience with SLA tracking, health reporting, and expense management.
• Ability to lead and develop technical teams in a 24/7 support model.
• Strength in stakeholder management and cross-functional partnership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with financial forecasting and resource capacity planning.
• Background in application security and compliance auditing.
