Description

Manage network infrastructure, server environments, and user services in Doylestown, PA.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 tenancies.
• Design Local Area Networks and implement network security monitoring.
• Troubleshoot network infrastructure and optimize hardware and software performance.
• Manage Level I technicians, overseeing ticket assignment and completion.
• Handle escalated service requests and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience configuring and repairing networking equipment, Windows servers, workstations, and Active Directory.
• Proficiency with Windows, SharePoint, Cisco equipment, and LAN/WAN support.
• Experience building and deploying file servers and cloud computing solutions.
• Ability to interpret event logs to perform repairs and resolve technical issues.
• Experience writing technical proposals to fulfill business requirements.
• Valid driver's license and a functioning vehicle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in an MSP environment.
• Familiarity with RMM tools (Ninja, ConnectWise) or PSA systems (ConnectWise).
• CompTIA Net+, Security+, MCSA, or MCSE certifications.
