Description

You will own the analysis, testing, and validation of data protection and cybersecurity policies within a regulated enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create, execute, and validate test cases for security policies and DLP controls.
• Manage risk and compliance activities for data governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze and document information security fundamentals, including encryption and secure data handling.
• Assess risks in cloud security and SaaS application environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data protection, cybersecurity, or risk/compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Symantec DLP, Microsoft Purview, Zscaler, or equivalent data security tools.
• Strong understanding of data classification, data governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability in test case creation, execution, and validation of security policies.
• Knowledge of encryption technologies and secure data handling practices.
• Experience working in regulated enterprise environments, such as financial services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud security and SaaS application risk management.
• Exposure to advanced data protection principles and DLP policy optimization.
