Description

Lead global IT operations and manage large-scale infrastructure teams to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage global customer relationships and liaise directly with CXO-level stakeholders.
• Direct and develop teams of 40 to 60 resources, including managing team leads.
• Oversee data center operations and implement stringent change control processes.
• Execute project plans to ensure delivery within cost, schedule, scope, and quality parameters.
• Identify, quantify, and monitor project risks through weekly mitigation planning.

Required Skills

• 15-18 years of experience in IT operations.
• Minimum 8 years in a management role handling global customers.
• Experience managing teams of 40 to 60 resources through direct or indirect reporting.
• ITIL Certification.
• Azure Cloud experience.
• Data Center Infrastructure Management expertise.
• 10+ years of experience in customer handling and relationship management.
• Proven ability to organize, delegate, and leverage resources to meet project timelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Azure Cloud Certification.
