Description

You will manage IT and data governance projects, focusing on large-scale implementations and continuous improvement.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, scope, timelines, and risk mitigation.
• Produce project documentation including BRDs, design specifications, test plans, and training materials.
• Ensure full SDLC adherence and manage the promotion of changes to production.
• Resolve project issues proactively through root cause analysis and problem-solving.
• Translate technical implications for non-technical stakeholders within a matrixed organization.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Data Governance and implementing standards frameworks.
• 3-4 years of experience managing IT or data governance projects.
• Functional analyst experience in master data or data governance.
• Integration experience with SAP ECC / MDG, Hadoop, Salesforce, Workday, and ServiceNow.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and MS Project.
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis.
• Ability to work independently and within team structures.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, CMP, or Agile certifications.
• Experience with Alation, Collibra, or Informatica.
