Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of application and data-driven IT initiatives, managing resources, budgets, and technical processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with CXO-level stakeholders and client authorities to define goals and provide status reports.
• Oversee day-to-day technical operations, including team assignments and personnel reviews.
• Manage vendor coordination and guide multi-disciplinary teams under pressure.
• Own budget management, resource allocation, and cost-benefit analysis for new software purchases.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience, including at least 8 years in coding for applications and data-driven initiatives.
• 5 years of experience managing and delivering projects in on-site and off-site environments.
• 3 years of proven track record delivering solutions within the publishing industry, preferably digital publishing.
• Proficiency with JIRA, MS Projects, and Excel.
• Formal training or practical application of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Degree in IT project management or a related technical field.
