Description

You will manage end-to-end project delivery within the banking sector, overseeing technical modernization and infrastructure initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation through completion, adapting to various roles as needed.
• Monitor project adherence to budgets and defined goals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal subject matter experts to facilitate project contributions.
• Engage with program stakeholders, including work-stream leads, business contacts, and infrastructure partners.
• Drive business requirement refinement through active business analysis and stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT industry experience.
• Hands-on experience managing core banking products such as Fiserv or FIS.
• Proven track record managing data-centric projects.
• Experience overseeing infrastructure projects.
• Strong business analytical skills and ability to refine requirements.
• Experience managing end-to-end delivery cycles.
• Ability to align deliverables with business stakeholder requirements and organizational context.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the banking domain specifically focused on modernization programs.
