Description

You manage enterprise IT transformation projects, leading business and data analysts through design, development, and implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to oversee the design and implementation of information system transformations.
• Define strategic direction for enterprise-level IT implementations and technological requirements.
• Consult with product owners and subject matter experts to align business needs with objectives.
• Manage governance, monitoring controls, and vendor coordination to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Mentor state personnel and train resources to sustain project management functions.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience managing information technology solutions.
• PMP certification or equivalent working experience.
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies.
• Proven ability to apply project management and governance principles.
• Experience with Medicaid systems is required.
• Ability to prepare status reports and facilitate executive decision-making.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large-scale enterprise IT project environments.
