Description

You will manage the full project lifecycle for major and minor initiatives from initiation through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery, managing day-to-day activities, resources, and team meetings.
• Lead project teams by setting expectations, delegating deliverables, and holding members accountable to milestones.
• Manage project scope, changes, risks, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Report project status, dependencies, risks, and issues to leadership.
• Develop and mature organizational capabilities by establishing new practices, templates, policies, and tools.

Required Skills

• 10 years of project management experience.
• Proven track record of leading projects and programs on-time and within budget.
• Strong infrastructure experience.
• Expertise in project coordination, delegation, and managing multiple related projects simultaneously.
• Ability to manage internal and external resources and diverse work styles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, OneNote, and SharePoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• General understanding of Security Infrastructure.
• Experience managing Global Security Projects.
