Description

You will oversee IT service delivery across SAP, Microsoft products, custom developments, and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan resources and prioritize team activities including support, bug fixing, development, and business change requests.
• Oversee IT service delivery projects to ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Build interfaces and EDI communications with customers, suppliers, 3PLs, web platforms, and shop-floor systems.
• Contribute to the Business Applications roadmap and evaluate design alternatives to meet user requirements.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in IT service delivery with emphasis on SAP and Microsoft technologies.
• Deep technical knowledge of SAP technologies: ALE, EDI, IDOC, RFC, BAPI, BDC, User-exits, BAdIs, and Workflow.
• Proficiency in ABAP and Javascript programming languages.
• Experience with SAP Process Orchestration, proxies, and enhancement techniques.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, MS Azure, and MS Power Platform.
• Proven experience leading IT teams and managing complex projects.
• Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
• Strong understanding of ITGC policies and compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of UI5, Fiori, and XML.
• Experience with risk management within IT service delivery.
