Description

Lead deskside support operations and manage end-user technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Resolve L1 level incidents and service requests within the end-user domain.
• Support Windows operating systems, software applications, and organizational support tools.
• Maintain computer hardware, memory modules, peripherals, and desktop systems.
• Manage network end-user device security practices and antivirus programs.
• Collaborate with Site, Business Unit, and Regional Desktop leads to maintain service quality and reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT environments.
• Proven experience in Deskside support and end-user domain management.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of Windows operating systems and software.
• Hardware maintenance experience covering computers, memory, and peripherals.
• Knowledge of antivirus programs and end-user device security.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for network and datacenter equipment, including UPS, PACs, and cabling.
• Basic troubleshooting knowledge of Audio & Video and Telephony equipment.
• Team Management and negotiation skills.

• Any Graduate degree.
