Description

You provide 24/7 technical support for critical applications, including on-call rotation and issue resolution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical applications.
• Communicate issue resolution updates and system status to users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues under pressure.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team structure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of working experience.
• Expertise in Java.
• Expertise in Mainframe.
• Expertise in .NET.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to operate in an on-call rotation.
• German speaking ability.
• Experience in Automotive or DMS environments.
